If anyone in Melbourne is interested in developing their confidence in speaking, whether it be in small groups, social situations or business presentations/speeches I attend a Communications class at Vermont South Community House.
It is a very friendly and supportive group where we explore the many skills of better communication. Meets 3rd Monday of the month. $4.50 per session.
I highly recommend it!

Hi Melissa,
The class starts at 12:30 and finishes around 3:30. If you need to leave earlier to pick up kids etc that's fine. It is very flexible. A bit like toastmasters but less formal.

The next class is Monday, 13th October - it's normally the 3rd monday of the month but the teacher is going away so we changed the date for October. The next one after that is the 17th of November.
