I couldn't live without.
- Windows live Mail (love the way it arranges RSS feeds)
- Toodledo (Time planning software)
- Windows Media Player (for music)
- CorelDraw

Corel Draw is industry specific Smile But everything else, just makes running my business that little bit easier.

I'm interested in that Time Planning software - I could really use it!! Although I think it would take more than software to organise my time at the moment (maybe a miracle) but I will give antthing a go! Can I down load it off the net Kiera?

For me MYOB - not for Toddler be Good just yet but for hubby's business.

And at the moment ZoomBrowser - great for viewing and organising photos for Toddler Be Good. Comming in very handy at present!

Well, I have to say from an admin POV it's MYOB, but also I couldn't survive without my Creative Suite 3 and MS Office. Iditto to Jenni's Firefox Browser, it's such a great browse for developers.

Hi
To help me get organised, I have been using a web based task organiser called Taskope - www.taskope.com.

Its kinda like a whiteboard on the web, you create post it notes and then you can drag and drop these into columns called "to do" "doing" and "done". You can also create rows to break your tasks up into groups. I have created several rows, one for emails and phone calls, another for admin stuff, another for marketing...

The really handy thing is if there is a task I do regularly after the satisfaction of dragging the post it note into the done column, the next day I can simply drag it out of "done" column and put it into the "to do" column again, so no need to create new post it notes for regular tasks.

Taskope is currently in "beta" and they are offering Free Accounts so that people can go in there, use it and give feedback on features that they would like to see in future upgrades and releases.

You can also share your whiteboard with other people. So if you are working on a client project, you can send them a link to the whiteboard so they can see the progress of the job and if you are waiting on them for some info. At this stage others can only view the whiteboard, but in the future they will offer the option to allow others to be able to edit a whiteboard, which will be great for group projects....

Sorry about the long post, but I just love this application, I find its much more fun than a boring task tick list... Smile

I couldn't live without gmail & firefox. I use Photoplus and Pageplus everyday, great budget products from Serif for small businesses that can't afford, or don't have a need for the really expensive photo editing/DTP packages. I'll have to check out those time management utilities, although I always wonder if I wouldn't just expend too much time playing around with them!

I use both Mac's and PC's but my fav across the board would be:

iCal - To Do List
Firefox
iLife - Numbers templates are great, just recently got this so lots more to learn.
iPhoto

Finally, to keep my PC running effectively - System Mechanic 9. Great product to have for overall system maintenance of your PC. Compatible for Windows applications including Windows 7. Keeps your PC running fast and effective.
