Just recently, I approached my Accountant Rodney, to do some charity work for close friends of mine.
Taking into account, accountants get asked to do this kind of stuff all the time. I didn't actually expect a response from him.
Anyway, the next thing I know, is my email is going "Ping Pong" with a lovely response from Rod, saying he'd take it on in his own time, as the cause was one he'd been affected by himself.
It just reaffirmed to me, that people AREN'T all about the money, there really is loving kindness in this world.
On an even happier note, it turned out that while I was chatting with Rod, someone else DID THE WORK for these people, and donated the costs.
Something went right with the universe.
