I was not able to create a poll. When I click 'post' a stack trace error appears.
Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'ChoiceID', table 'WahmAustralia.dbo.yaf_Choice'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
I had left some fields blank so I tried again with data in all the fields and it still failed.
